Any and all updates will be posted on this page, stay tuned!
Feb 15, 2026 - We had a good turn out and many stayed to practice the first of many songs we will sing to our delegates. Thank you all for the energy and beautiful voices!
A wonderful part we play in Jehovah's Kingdom is telling others about that Good News.
Each country is a little different with the culture of people and territories they have. Many who are coming may have never worked country territory like we have in the Prairies. Others may never have done Public Witnessing, or even "House to House". Can you make yourself available to take a delegate in the field ministry? The memories you make with your assigned delegate will stretch beyond timezones and borders, and the friendship you establish will be a huge highlight, not just for the delegates, but yourself as well that will last through this system and beyond.
It was announced at our Weeknight meeting on Feb 11, 2026 that we will be practicing some songs after the Meetings on Sundays in order to prepare for welcoming the delegates. Why is this so important?
Music is a wonderful gift from Jehovah. James 5:1 reminds us "Is there anyone in good spirits? Let him sing psalms". This is a joyous occasion worth of song, would you not agree?!
Imagine the welcome of music when arriving somewhere from far away. It warms your heart, it makes the long journey worth it, it makes you feel like you belong! These delegates will be so happy to see all of us, young and old, joyously singing with loud voices to welcome them.
Remember too, you will not be alone, we will all be united in song, supporting one another, and like any preparation, practice makes perfect.... and helps with those nerves!
We are so excited to see what our International Field Service Day will look like soon!
Plans for the activities are well on their way and excitement is being built up with suprise welcomes at the meetings in the week ahead until the Convention, make sure to be there and join in the fun!
What can you do to join and have a part? Stay tuned!
